There are many times during the day when an idea comes into your head and you don’t have time to sit down and draw, but you have a few seconds to open up the sketchbook and jot down a quick sketch and/or a few words before we get caught up in the moment and continue on our way.
The challenge this week is not to create a refined drawing, but to jot down ideas in those short moments we have in between the rest of our lives. Think 30-45 seconds or less. If you need to use words, then write. Use what you have at hand. If you don’t have a sketchbook with you, snag a napkin and a pen, they work just as well.
If you end up with several small sketches throughout the week, that is okay. That just means you have the ideas for some larger drawings that you can go back to at another time!
If you are interested in joining in, even if it is your first time, We’d love to have you! Please follow these simple steps to submit in your drawings to be shared!
